I like Lake County SB - used to buy the Buena Vista version before they stopped making it. Find it brighter than other entry pricepoint versions like those from Washington. My go to cooking white for things like risotto. Lately been using this one, which we have locally for around $8. So far, so good. Put a half bottle of this into a lamb shank braise last weekend.
