  Pale gold color. A-Peaches apples, some pear, rocks and a bit of vanilla. P- Creamy texture w a bit of vanilla. Infused peaches, apples w a nice minerally mid-palate. A little too much wood for me. Too bad otherwise. On screwcap.

  Surprisingly polished wine for the money. Bright acid, minereality-- clean citrus,grapefruit, lemon zest, long finish, clean and smooth. Unlike any otherchardonnay...back to kl for more.

  Though relatively light in viscosity and mouth feel, this wine does show real Chardonnay flavor characteristics. It is a little lean with not much mid palate. Things end pretty quickly, but there are still things to like. This would be a great pool wine (dreaming during this frigid winter without end) in a way most Chardonnay's would not. It is soft and easy drinking without much acidity. The fruit is sneaky tangerine meets beechwood and light nutmeg. Short finish. Seems to taste better when totally chilled.

  At Sarabeth's in Key West - this one off their list. Limited wine selections in KW even for the better restaurants. At $37 off the list, not much risk but not very good either. Light straw color, tart and acidic, no real secondary flavors.

  nose: sharply reminiscent of nail polish and too-sweet fruit
  palate: disjointed and ugly, the finish is bitterly distasteful, though it does compel you to take another sip (in order to wash the taste out of your mouth...)
  My note sounds rather horrible. It isn't rather horrible, I just had high hopes. I paid $11. I would not pay $7 for this. Maybe $5.
