Yes, it's ready. Off-dry, but with sufficient buttressing acidity. Well proportioned, if Rubenesque at times, this finishes clean and full. Excellent with Sriracha Sea Scallops over a Mâche salad with Blood Orange Vinaigrette, shallots and lemon zest. Luxurious in its own way. 13,0% abv. Very nice for $30. Thru 2022. recommended

Notes of pear and apple with good weight. Slightly oily texture but no much residue sugar on the palate.
