  • The wine start great , when I put it in the glass it first had a lot of notes of cassis and tabaco , the balance with the palate/nose was @ that moment really fantastic , it was silky in the mouth
I thought we gone have a fantastic wine ! But after already 15/30 minutes the noise was complete confit and only prune ! It only got worse, too bad it started as a hitter ! drink fast !

  • Beautiful wine and always hits the spot the Perrot Minot Stuff. Slight more oak than i like but the scent is ethereal, this smells more like chanel no.5 or a hermes perfume 24 Faubourg mixed with decicated coconut, mace, menthol, sandalwood and just a timy bit of earth. Very complex and keeps shifting in the mid palette with even vegetal notes like fresh peas.
Drinking great straight out of the bottle and continues to evolve. But i do think somehow it will be even better in 2-3 years

  • During a VSR 1er Cru dinner. Not a fan of Perrot-Minot and not a fan of 2011 but this wine did really well. The modern style of the house really worked here. Polished wine, crisp, lots of blue fruit, a bit of a whole in the mid palate but very good package overall.
