Needs to warm up to be at its best. My cellar is around 10 celsius, and that is far to cold for this wine to show anything. It is delicate and light bodied. On the nose appears red apple, lime, toast, butter, nutmeg, and an underlying herbal scent - perhaps tyme. It is still green on the palate, and I suspect too green to throw it before it fades away. The palate has much of the same as the nose, although it is fresher and leaner. It still has toast, some cloves and now more green than red apple. It does have some minerality and a salty thing coming forward on the palate. It is lovely for the appalation, and not the most expensive either. I drink it with pleasure.

Very much as I expected. Expressed the style of the domaine nicely, it is fresh, light and easy to enjoy. That said it is true to the appelation, and it is a little but good wine. It does not steal the attention from the food, but does show some character.

Negociants Australia New Release Tasting: Lemon soap. Palate is quite good with nice acidity and fruit power. Enjoyable to drink.

This wine is eh. Not special though in any way shape or form. Also very overpriced. Peachy and fresh. drink young. One note.
Sight: Medium Lemon
Nose: Nectarines, Lemons, Oak.
Palate: Pear, Peach, yellow apple. Fresh, balanced, and bright but one noted.
