  • Smells intensely of old cedar chests, antiques, brown sugar, sawn wood, cherry, mint. Decent acidity, and a faint tug of tannin at the back of the throat. Light and hollowed palate, but persistent and sweetening after it's swallowed. Cigar smoke, fir, coastal forest rain now. Fun to experience.
