Very floral on the nose, taste, and finish. Almost syrupy, but in a pleasing way. We opened this at the end of the night after a 2000 St Clement Cab, a 1997 IO Blend, and a pint of Guiness, and it proved very refreshing and almost calming. There were hints of a nice champagne on the after taste.

Kind of heavy (syrupy?) and fruity, with honey suckle floral, pear and maybe melon aromas. No spice notes, which I guess is to be expected. I can't really give this a fair rating, since I don't have much experience with white wines. Pretty refreshing with breaded chicken breasts, mexican rice, fresh green beans, and salad.
