Suggestion to notes from RandomCoil: The 2007 Goosecross Cellars Sauvignon Blanc was 100% stainless steel with no oak application. Disclosure: I am the owner of Goosecross Cellars. I never comment on the wine tasting experience of the individual and sincerely respect all reviews. I only comment when there is a technical detail that should be noted.

Pretty oaky and rounded for a Sauvignon Blanc. Nice and crisp. Salty sea breeze smell that wasn't at all unpleasant.
