A little more wood influence on the nose for sure than the last bottle from just a month ago. But still everything you want in a BIG Washington Red. Amazing showing for an '03 at this age. Drink or hold.

I read that this '03 was the first vintage of this winery. Well, they had some amazing beginners luck, that's for sure! This is wonderful wine, from the first sniff (dark red fruit, tobacco) to the last drink (plums, chocolate, dry spice) and all in between. I'd say it could probably be at peak, for another 2 years, then another 2 or 3 at "just past peak" and still fine and mellow. But if you like your Cabs BIG and super elegant, now it your time. Drink now....drink soon. And enjoy! Wow!

(Corliss Estates Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley) Tons, literally tons of black cherry along with earth and bittersweet chocolate. This is an undulating wine that is perfectly balanced and has a beautiful finish. A super thick, chewy wine that takes multiple swallows to consume and then lingers on and on forever. A perfect mixture of subtlety and strength. This is a wine you will dream about when you go to sleep.

At peak and drinking fantastically. Glad I have one more. Brilliant inaugural effort. Had with Wallis.

Nose was excellent right from the beginning but I decanted for 90 minutes. Taste was excellent with a nice finish.

Amazing bottle of wine, especially for the money. Rich wine, deep red color, and layers and layers of flavors, especially currants
