  I bought this along with some others in my quest for a sub-$12 daily drinker. This Wash Merlot definitely makes the cut. Decanted for approx 90 minutes. Nose of cherry and subdued spice. On the palate, understated tannins, cherry and black fruit comes through. Soft and supple on the mid palate, with some vanilla presented at the finish. Not a ton of structure or depth, but enjoyable and will buy more.
