  Colour not as advanced as expected, dumb nose implies poor acid but as it warmed up acid appeared and it was free of toast that dominates Chablis of age and also Meursault.

  Great aged Burgundy, more honeysuckle and caramel notes ahead of some white flowers and reduction. Very good midpalate richness backed by still fine acidity. Climate and vintage married well to curb some shyness and fill the texture despite lower acid. 92-93

  Deep golden. Clearly an aged white Burg. Starting to turn a little oxidative with the profile approaching that of a sherry. However, the extract was still alive and the acidity although a tad low was sufficient. Reminds me of a 2006 white Burg but with age. Drinking at its peak now. A wine to sip in slow contemplation. Bravo!
