I love both Sancerre and NZ Sauvignon Blancs. I had no idea what this was. I used a 2BC SB that was better than this and obviously a lot cheaper. Just like one other reviewer, I had a glass of this (with great anticipation, I might add), and used the rest for cooking. Not for a reduction, however. What was Phelps thinking?!? Tasted like an SB in Chardonnay clothing.

light and crisp. This wine is brisk with acidity, has flavors of grapefruit, pineapple, a touch of herbal notes, and a light crisp finish. Not a bad effort on the whole.
