Typique du pinot gris. Étoffé mais plutôt unidimensionnel. Avec des moules à la marinière, il manquait de la sauce. Des moules poulette ou au crabe auraient été mieux. Le lendemain, je l'ai préféré avec du poulet grillé et des haricots.

Took to a party so limited notes, but this was well liked by all and very delicious. One of the best and most consistent producers of Pinot Gris in Oregon. Would recommend.
