Bordeaux like. But a bit cloced when opened. Got some air and gave us stoll fruity rich smwell and taste of red dark berries. Still a bit tannins, but getting more and more silky. A typical red fore fed beef- meatA very good wine.

A very good blend of syrah, cab. Sav. and mouvedre. Almost a little Bordeaux- like. It still have lots of fruit, but the tannins are silky now. Can stay in cellar fore about 5 years more.
