Dark golden yellow, very aromatic, a lot of weight and richness on the palate without being flabby at all- in fact the acidity is astonishing and a perfect counterpoint. One of the best white wines I've ever experienced.

Golden yellow color. Nose of brown sugar and pear. Tastes of apple, melon, pineapple, and grapefruit. Beautiful balance and complexity of the very delicate limestone finish.

Nose has the scalded milk that Cindy always associates with vouvray, as well as a beautiful sweet hay component. On the palate, there is a grassy minerality set against sharp lime. That lime extends into the finish, along with a nice herbaceousness. A complex wine on its own, and very nice paired with a good caesar salad.

At a party, so no formal notes, but still very striking. Complex nose with white flowers, honey, maybe some lavender(?). Lemon, honey, lime, flowers, and lots of stony mineral notes in the mouth. I'm sure this can get age nicely, but if I had more, I'd drink it this summer. Very satisfying.
