  • Wasn't expecting much. PnP. Aromas of red fruit, leather, barnyard, and mushrooms. Medium body. Similar flavors. Short smooth finish.

  • Alive, red fruited. Leather and barnyard. Delicious. Mushrooms on the finish. Qpr wise. This is the wine of the year

Duft: Noe blod, gassbind, kamfer (alle typiske Rhône Shiraz toner).

Men denne ordinære Cotes du Rhone'n i sitt 13.

  • Medium ruby to pink on the edge. Served up some mineral fleck, iron, and hints of dark plum on the nose. Medium bodied, this was a bit austere and lean, with sour cherry, garrigue and a touch too much alcohol on the palate. Last bottle of a case, overall these were excellent QPR wines best at their youth to 5 years out, ranging from the upper 80s to 90ish early to mid 80s now. Highly recommend drinking up.

  • Lasagna dinner with the girls. Effusive cherry and earth aromas give way to a nice crisp if slightly acidic mouthfeel of mineral, sour cherry, cassis. This bottle is much better with more fruit than the one we last had several months ago. Mature finish of dried cherry and dust portends a short future. A great QPR and fine table wine.
