popped and poured. Too young, but nice features. Not a legend, but quite nice. Flavors seemed a bit thin, but color was super dark. Just nothing really caught my attention on this wine. Some cherry, a bit black currant. Should have held off to open.
Probably far too early and regret opening. Lovely nose of deep fruit and light herbs but a bit thin and overly acidic on the palate. Decanted for a good few hours but didn't really seem to improve much. Hope this puts on some weight over next 5-10 years
The fruitier sassicaia I have ever tasted. A surprise. Is something changing in this wine? Are the days of early picking gone. Still excellent and still elegant and young but with a novel dose of hedonism
