  • Last bottle, but this was really nice. Shows some age in color but still solid fruit and some nice secondary elements to it. Would be drinking now but really enjoyed this and wish I had more older Prum. A-

  • Same here: The cork was totally crumbly. Had to get it out in bits, then double-decant: through a strainer into a caraffe, then through a tissue into another bottle.
Went well with the iced raspberry, meringue and whipped-cream dessert. Also went very well with goose rillettes.
The color is a dark yellow gold, just short of amber.
Slight petrol note, tons of honey on the nose. Not overly sweet, but definitely on the sweet end of off-dry. (In German, it's probably fruchtsüß, far from edelsüß.)
Medium+ bodied, not quite oily yet. The fruit is somewhere around dates and peaches.
    Yumm!

  • Light gold color. Fully mature, but rich, expansive wine with some good cut for food. Really enjoyable now, drink up. A-
