Very nice and quite interesting. Seems quite evolved, at least more than I though it would be. Based on this bottle, I would say, drink up. A touch of oxidation, celery salt, garrigue with dark fruits and nice earthiness. A little 'dirty' (in a good way). Very balanced with no heat. Another winner from Pegau.
Pristine bottle. A transparent and elegant style of CdP, fresh and relatively slender but without lack of warmth, with ripe tannins and bright fruit, hints of garrigue and thyme and an attractive touch of the barnyard, gains weight with oxygen; finishes with cool minerality and a slightly drying note. I love this almost Burgundian style of CdP. Completely ready.
