Dinner at Bern's with Bruce and Maynard. Well, I would have NEVER ordered this. EVER! This was served because one of the other guests at dinner was born in 22. So was I surprised! The color was, quite frankly, stunning. The wine was elegant, not tired, still youthful. True, there wasn't a lot of sweet fruit, but this was pure Lafite. Impressive for the vintage. Note: This wine was recorked in 1992.
