  Decanted for 2 hours, perfect color brick red , no brown tinge. Nose chopped green peppers, sour and fresh cherries, some smoke.Taste balanced, soft , creamy a powerhouse of wellness, I believe my best wine ever from Tuscany, still 10 years to go but at the moment, the mature line is starting.

  Occational dinner group; Il Caberlot tasting. (Mei Wah): Beautiful red and dark berries and autumn impressions. Good complexity. On the palate juicy red and dark berries firm and good acidity and soft tannin.

  The 2004 Il Caberlot is a fantastic wine. Unique fruit profile (Could not be mistaken for any othe Itlian wine I know). So much depth and such a long finish. Simply Fantastic !!! (95).
