Beautiful color ... Much darker than expected ... The nose show dusty cherry notes with green wood and moist earth and a huge mushroom component. The palate is dominated by earth, mushrooms, and minerality but underneath lies some red apple and cherry components. Acidity is still there and this wine had a nice dry finish with firm tannins. Very interesting and appreciated for its flavor profile.

Last botle of this in my cellar and it was drinking beautifully. No note at the time, but recall it cleary as showing plenty of ripe red fruit and earth/spiciness just beautifully abalanced on the palate. Layers of flavor, very long finish. Hit the sweet pot with the drinking window in that it was aged and integrated but not a bit faded. Delicious

Still shows a lot of relatively youthful ruby color, then shows the age nicely on the nose, a nice mix of dusty red fruit, slightly earthy, very aromatic and elegant. Inital red bery fruit on the palate, more earthiness, a tiny bit of spice. Slightly drying on the back of the palate and then a too-short finish detracted from an otherwise very tasty pinot. My guess is that with the drying finish this isn't going to improve with more age, so a good time to have enjoyed this bottle.

Last review is dead on; very nice, softer fruit-driven wine with a shorter finish; drink up
