Well into mature territory with a golden hue, this still preserves some fresh fruit with apples, clementine, litchie and peach on both nose and palate. Very fine and delicate mousse. On the palate also marzipan and toffe, quite candylike, but a fair acidity and some chalky minerals gives energy and poise. Medium+ lenght.
Good stuff in a rich style. Holding up well but won't improve.

This bottle a wee bit more mature than previous ones with delicate mousse, notes of mushroom, marzipan, orangeblossom, lime and lemon. On the palate still good acidity and less broad than on the nose with chalk and iron minerals. Medium lenght. See also previous notes.

3rd Annual Gentlemens Dinner (Villa Ekenhov): Nose of mushrooms, ripe lemon, winegums and light vanilla. On the palate broad and powerfull. Sweet citrus, almonds and mushrooms. This bottle shows more development than the last one. Good stuff. Went well with lobster soup.
