Bigger styled and while well made, a style I've been moving away from. Dark cherry flavor, highly concentrated but not tiring on the palate as it has plenty of energy despite the scale and lush mouthfeel. Moderate finish where the oak flavors stick out some. Drink or hold.
Popped and left in cellar for three hours Ruby over garnet Day bright Dark fruits of cherries and bramble, subtle baking spice Flavors of dark raspberries, earth, and slight heat Acid medium Tannins are faint / fine Finish is medium long Nice mouthfeel without heaviness
Served without decanting. Light red in color. 13.6% ABV. Beautiful nose of red fruits, rose petals, minerals and earth. Medium body with medium to strong acidity. Flavors of cherries, cranberries, rhubarb and iron. Complex, elegant and extremely appealing. The finish is exquisite. Exceptional Pinot Noir. Drink over the next 2-4 years.
