Served in flute. accompanied by sashimi and lobster tacos.
Distinctive nose, wood chips, apple and a spiciness.
On the palate citrus, apples, not too acidic, with some complexity that meets spiciness like ginger very well.

Light straw color in the glass with very abundant effervescence. Mild aromas of fresh apples, lemon and vanilla. Balanced acidity with smooth finish.
