  Sue's bottle. Maturing color, complex aromatics, good fruit and leathery. Excellent example of mature Brunello.

  Well kept bottles are still drinking well.
  Mature color but no excess browning.
  Beautiful complex aromas spanning the whole spectrum: still fruit remnants, iron, earthy notes, leather. Very smooth, great texture. No excess of oak or alcohol; very well balanced.
  Everything I was looking for.

  Medium light red with brown edges. Light aged nose, nutmeg, cinnamon, plum and cherry nose. Obviously aged Sangiovese. Dry earthy cherry flavours and a soft finish with just enough acid.
