  Bottle did not show well, with a bitter note evident in the fruit. Past tastes were more fruit forward and easy weeknight drinking. Nothing else seemed off about the bottle so not marked as flawed.

  aroma - cinnamon, white pepper, strawberries; taste - blueberry, strawberry, mild earth; unexpected flavors from a garnacha

  Love it - the last several vintages have been outstanding. Super bright fruit: raspberry by the truckload, pomegranate and a hint of blood orange. New world styling? A mix of good acidity, prevalent tannin and just a hint of bitter to keep it refreshing. A good summer drink, I think.
