  This was terrible. The nose more or less sets you up for the rest of the wine - sweet toasty notes, rather sickly sweet ripe fruit and little flecks of greenness. Very dumpy and unattractive. Palate was just slightly better, but even then, still extremely ungainly. It was rather thin, but still sweet, probably some residual sugar there, and again with that not too pleasant sticky yellow fruit tones. Finish was disjointed, with all sorts of toasty and nutty notes. Yuck - I would not even use this as a cooking wine. May be only USD8, but you could not pay me to drink this again.

  This winery makes some good wines. This is not one of them Thin, not much flavor of anything, tastes old. Then again it was only $8
