Filippo's Fourrier Dinner (La Trompette, Chiswick): Medium/deep garnet core, pale mahogany rim. Cloudy. Nose is developed, mulchy with a touch of Worcester sauce. Some dark fruit lurking. Medium bodied, spicy, mature, mulch, earth, soft tannins, quite gentle and evolved, some acidity poking out on the finish. OK - **1/2.

Drunk at Home, sweet red fruits on the nose, very weel balanced, red fruits and a little spice in the mouth , medium length, still evolving, more fruit and less acidity than many of the 96's....
