Drank @ Amali in NYC as a pre-dinner. This wine was overshadowed by the ones that came after (an '09 Arkenstone Obsidian and a '10 Inglenook). Fairly fruit forward but still with a touch of leather. Not quite as meaty as I like my Washington Syrahs. Good for the price though.
