MASTER ESAGONALE FRANCIA; 1/14/2015-7/30/2015 (HOTEL WESTIN PALACE MILANO): Degustato alla cieca. (100% diraspato - 40% legno nuovo)
Rispetto al Derain è più compresso, meno arioso e meno immediato. L' espressività è intrappolata dalla materia e dal legno, che è ancora sensibile.
Bocca morbida, corale ed equilibrata. tannino levigato e frutto molto pulito.
Sul finale squillante sprigiona una finissima mineralità sbriciolata che invade lingua e palato.
Per ora è un buon vino di ottima fattura che ha bisogno di alcuni anni per smussare la tostatura e sviluppare esplosività di aromi
