  • Jill's comments this is a wine that everyone would like. Lighter in color than most merlots this has a wonderful nose of black berries cassis, vanilla, with a slight hit of currant hiding at the end. The pallet is thick, with firm tannins finishing this off. The finish would be longer if it were not for the tannins smashing it out. This needs at least another year in the cellar.
