  • Pale straw colour. Provencal herbs on the nose. There is a zing to the attack, very fresh and clean. The acidity is elevated, though not unpleasantly so, and it really needs food to complement it. Lemon predominates. The alcohol is well disguised. On the after-taste there is a faint bitter-sweet quality (Grenache?). Good length
