Fully mature. Broad, fatty profile with tropical fruit, butter, nuts and winter apples, but still lots of energy. Really lovely stuff. Best bottle so far.

The coloring was of a medium golden, indicating maturity. The nose gave off aromas of roses and petrol, indicative more of a gewurz or riesling. The taste was a bit sweet on the tip of the tongue but mellow farther back. Flavor profile included the floral notes, petrol, honey, vanilla and a hint of slate. It handled the Keralian fish curry quite well!

Excellent Alsacian pinot gris. Normally I prefer a drier style, but this one had just the right amount of sweetness. Beautiful nose with mineral, stone fruit, beehive, and just a hint of grassiness. Very well-balanced on the palate, with a surprisingly long and complex finish.

Very nice, mature pinot gris. Went very well with a mango sallad and scallops.
