  Nose has bright citrus and red fruit. Palate is very elegant, more vr than nsg. The palate is expressive but a bit lean. It is drinking well now. 90-91

  An immensely elegant and refined, chiseled burgundy that, with an hour in the decanter, is approachable now. While I have largely avoided the 2007 vintage, this is one of the exceptional wines that has some 2007 acid but a wonderful sculpted presence that takes it beyond. Plenty of crunchy raspberry, cranberry, and earthy notes of soil, with a rich, almost syrup quality on the nose.
