Wow. My sister dredged this up from some lower shelf of their "cellar", and what a find. Medium to medium deep gold, brown highlights, not a ton of fizz left, but whoa!, the flavours! Wow, instant Top 20. Wanted to slowly nurse a glass or two for hours. Elixir. "Sweet" with complexity, honey, brown sugar. Tons going on here. Absolutely delish.

Gourmetklubbens femtionde middag: Tema Första middagen (Södermalm, Stockholm (P+A)): (From magnum, Disgorged in 2008, 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay)
Golden yellow colour with a beautiful stream of very fine bubbles leading way for the delicious mature nose showing hazelnuts, honey and citrus notes. Pleasant smoothing acidity showing candied citrus combined with a nice and lengthy intense finish.
(Best 2014-2029)

Brioche, Green apples and lemon on the nose. Feels dry (yet dosage 11,6 g). Fresh acidety. Creamy bubbles. Apples and citrus on the palate. Definetly a complexity that comes with age. Long, citric, exit
