  Wonderful wine. Dark berries, vanilla, dark chocolate waft from the glass. Complex and brooding, heavy body. Long, satisfying finish. Will last for a few years longer.

  Still not over the Hill
  Lots of red fruit, cacao and malo

  This is NOT over the hill - as the CT window would have you believe. It's really lovely, sure it's softer than I'm sure when it was a young buck of a wine, but it's got so much going on! Earth, wood, spice, and more. So luxurious, still medium bodied and flavorful. Drink it now, and for at least 2-3 more years.

  PnD 2 hrs. Very consistent with prior bottles up to 8 years ago! Nose of tuberose and honeydew is still there, surprisingly. Definitely need to give this some air as it was very thin and tight upon opening. Rich, creamy texture with a medium finish. Fruit has faded a bit.
  
  Enjoyed in a Riedel Vinum Tempranillo glass at 60F.
