Double decanted with a Menu winebreather.
This wine is a fairly dark purple color throughout. Reddish in the light.
Nose: blackberries and vanilla
Palate: blackberries up front, plums and slight heat on the back end.
Grippy tannins. Somewhat muted flavors overall, but not bad.

beautiful wine - very smooth and lots of fruits. easy drinking wine, not much complexity, but it is round and charming. nice wine for beginners, to start an evening in general. for me its too silky to get a higher note.

From memory: Red fruit, oak, vanilla that suggest creaminess. Medium bodied, fairly balanced, red fruit liqueur, spicy finnish. A nice wine.

Still young and worth waiting a few years, A bit oak-tinged, with several flavors, it has complexity. Great for the price. Worth opening 2/3 hours before drinking.
