Pleasant bouquet with cassis and plums. On the palate also cassis, some lead pencil, good and juicy acidity and pleasant tannin. Not extremely full bodied, but certainly elegant and with good complexity. Drank it over two days and the first day the wine was still a bit locked, but the second day it really showed itself and was a much greater pleasure. Waiting 2 - 3 years will be rewarding, or decant it in time.

On the nose, cedar, red fruits, and matchbox in the classic way only Bordeaux can create. On the palate nice red fruits intergrated with the minimal tannin. Zingy acidity but not over bearing. the finish consists of more nice fruit and last 10 seconds plus. This was decanted for an hour. Delicious and good purchase. only 3 more of my six pack left.

Classic cedar, cigar, and general Bordeaux goodness, on both the nose and palate. Decent finish. Secondary characteristics are starting to come through. Delicious to drink now, will develop further. Maybe a 92-93 when in its prime. Overall great QPR.
