(Cayuse Vineyards Tempranillo En Chamberlain Vineyard Walla Walla Valley) Pencil box, exotic spices, floral notes, and more overt oak aromas than seen on most of the Cayuse wines. Plump, ripe, and full on the palate with waves of dark fruit. 100% Tempranillo. 208 cases produced.

(Cayuse Vineyards Impulsivo En Chamberlin Vineyard Barrel Sample Walla Walla Valley) Dark to the point of being opaque. An intriguing nose with pepper, licorice, and ripe berries. Richly flavored with mineral and light game. Considerably more tannic structure than the other wines sampled here. 100% Tempranillo. 14.7% alcohol. To be released in 2010. Note: Case production not available until wines bottled this Spring.
