Beautifully balanced - good tension and lively acidity. The best rebholz bottle I ever had - on the nose beautiful passion fruit and tropical fruits - crisp and clear! Mouthfeel is oily and very good length

10 years after Riesling tasting - 2008 - Part II (Concept Riesling, Düsseldorf): Glass: Gabriel Universal Standard *** All wines tasted blind, bottles opened a few hours before serving, served decanted *** Clear, golden amber color. Nose a bit muted with fine and chiseled fruit and herbs. On the palate a bit broader than the Kastanienbusch. Also with lots of ripe fruit (passion fruit), quite juicy and with a beautiful length. Does not have the tension and complexity of the Kastanienbusch and I guess it has reached its full peak now. 92

Not blind
Tired, too ripe for this vintage. Some petrol. 87

Best 2008 German Riesling GG; 9/9/2018-9/11/2018 (Concept Riesling Düsseldorf): Not so strong and decent as Kastanienbusch same year. A touch more alcoholic and less balanced. Good acidity dructure. for me at his Peak and would not wait too much. 92

“Ten Years After” 2008 Dry Riesling Große Gewächse Tasting (Concept Riesling, Dusseldorf, Germany): Not as strong as the Kastanienbusch. Again some fruit mixed with herbal aromas on the nose. On the palate a touch too much alcohol for me. Quite broad, although the acidity comes trough pretty strong. Will note improve.
