This is just singing. Moreau’s riper style is lovely. Greengauge / lychee / gooseberry, rich and long, sharp acidity to balance it out. Other TNs call this very dry but in the context of GC Chablis this is at the richer, riper end.

Half case recently taken from bond. Mid yellow, citrus and floral scents on nose, rich complex palate, starting citrus ending more biscuits, delicious.

Outstanding bottle. (Shows what this wine can do when not pre-moxed.) Decanted for 60 minutes. Big, rounded, but with fine structure. Very long on the finish. Mostly delineated orchard fruit flavors. Blossomed steadily during the dinner. This last bottle was the best.

At age 10, the 2011 Moreau Les Clos is still quite young - but with a bit of coaxing all of the expected elements are present with Meyer lemon, oyster, lime, yuzu combined into a pleasant package. Lovely richness (if not to the level of Raveneau or Dauvissat) balanced by fresh acid and a medium finish. Its best days are ahead.
