Half bottle. This was great. Started with a tropical nose, pineapple perhaps, but evolved into pear and bruised apple. But there was more going on, a nice oxidative touch, some herbalness like fennel, and a Chablis sea/saline note. The palate was similar with some additional minerality. The nose was bigger and fruiter than you might expect for a Chablis, say compared to a recent 2004 Fevre Les Clos. Perhaps that's 2005 coming through.
