Very little movement, I think, since my 2018 bottle and equally delicious. There was more vibrancy and backbone in my 2015 bottle. Still very good, though, in its way.

The texture on is this unreal, ethereal, gossomer-like. It dances on the palate so gracefully, yet there’s so much depth. The flavors have a great pull between sweet and tart. Lemon chiffon, petrol, white flowers, green apple, Thai basil, burnt honey and a final hit of mouthwatering minerality that carries through to the long finish. This is excellent.

SLDS August 2018: Bright light gold colour. Herbal, peach, orange peel and musk. Palate is lightly sweet with some fruit richness still showing well. Drives nicely into a medium length finish.

(Zilliken Saarburger Rausch Spatlese) Lots of green apple and an almost sweet tart-like complexity and intensity. Great concentration and ripe acids all with a somewhat fat midpalate. Little petrol adds even more complexity. A great drink for now.

Light color and nice nose of citrus, pear, and minerals. This had nice acidity and weight but not a ton of complexity.
This wine will easily last 10+ years. Will it get better?

Smoky nose, a touch reductive at first, citrus and petrol. B+
