  樱桃、李子、草莓的通透果味，胡椒、甘草和泥土气息，相当融合的香气表达。拥有出色的酸度，在早期呈现出挺拔高峻的状态，并在几个小时后，伴随着单宁强度的提升和香料气息的突出，一度呈现出雄壮有力的一面。后期，随着单宁的展开和果味的重新归来，结构更加均衡，强而不壮。

  Nez encre, confiture mais peu expressif. En bouche, les tanins sont présents, c est corsé, mais le tout ne semble fondu mais carré. Longueur moyenne. Décevant pour un Chambertin . Mauvaise bouteille ??

  One of two I recently picked up at an auction.
  True to many prior reviews this was austere and lacked CDB GC character.
  We debated whether this wine is still too young or as good as it’s going to get.
  I won’t open #2 for 4 more years.

  A memorable wine. Everyone was taken by the complexity of this wine. Did not seem too young or old for its age. Just what you would expect from a 20 year burgundy.

  Deuxième fois sur ce vin en l'espace d'un mois et tout aussi déçu.
  Rouge brique, floral, délicat, petite touche astringente, peu de fruits.
  Oui cette bouteille était mieux que la première mais c'est AUCUNEMENT ce qu'un Clos de Bèze devrait être. Je le déconseille fortement.
