Popped open a couple bottles of this with dinner tonight. Think we paid less than $20 a bottle. Drinking beautifully. Definitely over delivers for the price point. Not at all hot. Maybe some time in the cellar smoothed it out. Glad there is a case or more left. Be sure to serve it at cellar temperature, not room temp, to fully appreciate the complexity.

Never a great wine, it appears to be on a fast evolutionary track down. Much less fruit than the prior bottles, and the earthiness is more pronounced. Also picked up some brown tobacco or leather in the wine. Tannins are drying out, and the alcoholic heat on the finish is more noticeable. Glad mine are gone.

Always a nice wine! There's dark fruit and some cedar on the nose and palate and it went very well with the grilled steak. Nice finish and balance.
