71/91 Burgundy Dinner (Carlos - Highland Park IL): Never fully opened on the nose, but plenty of dense black fruit on palate. Right now the wine remains highly structured and not fully accessible behind tannins and acidity. Better with rich food that helped break through the wine's acidity, I still think this wine has the substance to be quite interesting around 2020.
