The Nicolas Feuillatte Brut NV sports an unfortunate, nearly non-existent nose of yellow apple and discreet notes of pear and yeast on the palate. So clean it seems to have been wiped of all personality. Tabula Rasa. Ordinarily, I’d call this an entertaining wine, but for $35.00 there are tons of sparkling wine producers that deliver a good deal more. Not recommended.
