PopnPour, tasted over 2 hrs -dark ruby core, minimal clearing -low key ripe plum tar licorice -med/med- acidity, med+ weight soft fading dark fruit earthy med/med+ chalky tannins with some bitter heat on finish -strangely this bottle is more tannic than a bottle 2 years ago, not old but probably won't improve - even though it has some structure to burn the faded fruit and residual mild heat will probably keep this from ever being well-balanced

PopnPour, tasted over 2 hrs -med dark red, minimal bricking -ripe and a little plummy -med- acidity, initially grapey but with air some fading red-black fruit, a bitter component mixed with some earth licorice, med- tannins with trace heat on finish -OK and should hold for a few more years but don't expect upside development, an example of a wine nearing the end of its better days in a ripe less-structured vintage

Nice nose of ripe berries, sandalwood, mushrooms, nice acidity and minerality on the nose... Taste of sweet and sour red berries, totally integrated tannins, nice minerality and acidity wine, nice evolving Côtes du Rhone with still lot of potential ahead!

Earthy, black fruits, and leather. A little bit of stink. Very nice.
