  Limpid very pale ruby with garnet almost brick red rim. Spring flowers in the breeze, light soy with herbal mushrooms like lingzhi or closest relative would be herbal grade dried shiitake mushrooms incredibly transparent. Very clean and precise acidity backbone. Fruit is very much still present in the form of dried cherries, sweet hawthorn fruit and a cranberries. Some iron fillings, damp earth and stony minerality. Extremely well preserved but I was very doubtful initially as when I cut the capsule, the cork fell into the bottle!
